Farmhouse. C17, remodelled C19. Limestone rubble with squared marlstone quoins, cement rendered at the front and sides; Welsh-slate roof with limestone ashlar stacks. Three-unit, through-passage plan.

Two storeys plus attic. Four window front has a four-panel door with shallow gabled canopy, to left of centre, two canted bay windows to right, and a large three-light casement to left; first floor has three similar casements and, above the door, a single-light window. All windows are C19 alterations and casements have chamfered surrounds. Roof has double-shafted stacks with plinths and cornices to left and right of centre and on the left gable, and is higher over the right bay. Left gable wall has a full-depth stone-slated fireplace projection. Right gable retains a three-light stone-mullioned window.

Rear has a gabled stair tower on the lower section and, in the higher bays, two small chamfered stair windows.

Interior: fireplace with ogee chamfer stops to bressumer and chamfered ashlar jambs; two large open fireplaces; winder stairs to attic.
