Outbuilding Early C18, possibly partly earlier. Coursed squared marlstone;
Stonesfield-slate roof with limestone ashlar stack. Single unit. 2 storeys.
Front has a plank door, to right, in a chamfered surround with projecting
keyblock. A stone stair rises to a first-floor entrance in the right gable wall.
Small outshut to left has a further keyblock doorway. Rear has a leaded 3-light
casement, above a 2-light stone-mullioned window with label. Gables have
parapets, and the C19 stack to left has a moulded cap. Interior not inspected.
There are signs that it was originally a single-storey C17 structure.
