- II
Farmhouse. Mid/late C18. Limestone rubble with some ashlar dressings; concrete
pantile roof with brick gable stack. 3-unit plan with outshuts. 3 storeys and
one storey plus attic. Symmetrical 4-window front breaks forward in the taller
2-bay central section and has ashlar storey bands, the lower extending across
the outer bays. All windows have renewed cross casements. The main roof is
hipped to front, with a large rebuilt stack on the rear gable, and continues as
a catslide over the outer bays and the rear outshut, returning to front only
above the first floor windows of the outer bays. The brick dentil eaves course
survives to sides and rear but has been altered on the front. Interior not
inspected.
