Farmhouse. Late C17, altered. Coursed, squared gritstone, stone slate
roof. 2-room plan, entered from later single-storey wing to centre rear.
2 storeys, 2 windows to first floor. Rebuilding evidenced by central
ragged joint with to left, plinth and large quoins and to right, irregular
walling with disturbed masonry probably indicating position of former
baffle-entry doorway. C20 wood casements, To left, heightened double-
chamfered surround to 3-light window. To right, 3-light square-faced
recessed mullion window with a similar window above with flush mullions.
To left above; smaller 2-light double-chamfered mullion window formerly of
3 lights. Shouldered and corniced ashlar ridge stack, another corniced
end stack to right. Interior: central king-post roof truss has moulded
principal rafters probably reusing older timbers.
