Canal bridge. c1840. For the Chesterfield Canal Company. Limestone ashlar
voussoirs, otherwise red brick. Single span. Projecting springing stones to
segmental arch with projecting keystone originally with ledge over. Abutment
walls curve out to terminate at projecting end piers, some of parapet brickwork
renewed. Rectangular-sectioned stone copings now partly replaced in concrete.
