Farmhouse. C17. Rubble limestone, Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys with partial
cellars, attics; total of 5 windows to 1st floor. Scattered fenestration now
having C20 transomed casements with glazing bars, altered remains of double-
chamfered window surrounds. Central, part-glazed door has overlight with margin-
light glazing. Two 3-light windows to each side, blocked double-chamfered
window between bays 1 and 2. 4 similar windows to 1st floor, horizontally-sliding sash in double-chamfered surround on right. Slatted opening to attic above window on right of door. Kneelers and gable copings. Projecting end stack to left has quoins, offsets and brick shaft. Brick end stack to right, matching ridge stack to right of door.
Rear: remains of double-chamfered window surrounds. Left return: original windows flank stack projection, all blocked except attic window with latticed, leaded lights.
Interior: bressumer beam in ground-floor room on right has door-head cut in beam
to left. Some C18 wall cupboards. Good splat-balustraded staircase from ground
floor up to attics.
