House, now offices. Early C19. Brick with slate roof. Double-depth plan. Three storeys. Four-window range. Six-panelled door to left of centre under shallow brick arch. All windows to left and that to first floor right have Venetian style tripartite sashes, three have intersecting glazing bars. Other windows are sashes with glazing bars under stone lintels. Large, late C19 bay window to left.
Interior has early C19 staircase with stick balustrade.
