- and railed enclosure
approximately 15m south
of Church of St Lawrence

GV II

Chest tomb and railed enclosure. Circa 1806. Sandstone ashlar. Moulded
plinth, fluted angle pilasters and 2 oval panels to each side, lightly
etched scrollwork borders; circular panels to ends; moulded edge to top
slab. Close-set, wrought iron railed enclosure;
spearhead design with stouter urn-topped cast standards at angles and
anthemion or honeysuckle pattern headed rail to centre of long sides.
