House and attached outbuilding. House dated 1820. Brick in Flemish bond; house
has Westmorland slate roof, outbuilding has pantile roof. House: 2 storeys and
loft, 3 bays; central door of 6 fielded panels below overlight in doorcase with
pediment supported on consoles; 16-pane sash windows in exposed sash boxes and
with cambered flat arches with projecting keystone; shaped kneelers, ashlar
coping; brick end stacks. Outbuilding to left: 1 1/2 storeys, no openings to
front; dogtooth eaves course; shaped kneeler and ashlar coping to left. Left
return of house: loft window and metal letters " TB ". Left return of outbuild-

ing: a board door on each floor. Right return of house: 12-pane fixed-light
loft window.
