Cottage. Dated 1674 with C19 alterations. Coursed limestone rubble, reed thatch
roof, brick end stacks. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. 2-unit plan.
Central C20 door with flat-arched head and rustic porch, whose felt roof
partially conceals datestone above inscribed IC/1674. 3-light casement windows
to ground floor left and right with flat-arched heads, and 3-light leaded
casements to 1st floor with wood lintels. Single-storey brick extension projects
to far right. Single-storey extension to rear with lean-to roof. Interior has
ogee-stop-chamfered spine beams, and blocked inglenook.
