House with estate joiner's workshop. For the Kepwick Hall estate. Early C19.
Coursed squared stone, pantile roof. 2 Storeys, 3 bays. Board door between
bays 1 and 2 has wood frame and ashlar lintel. Fixed 12-pane windows with
ashlar lintels and projecting cills. Inturned kneelers, ashlar coping, corniced
end stacks: single-storey outbuilding, now garage, on right not of special
interest. Rear: wide central segmental archway with ashlar voussoirs now
infilled with door and window. Board stable door under ashlar lintel to right.
Window to left of archway on each floor and above to right all as front. To
right of each lst-floor window a board door under ashlar lintel.
