pantile roof. 3 storeys, 4 bays. Rusticated quoins. Ground floor: C20 shop front.
First floor: sash windows with glazing bars and flush exposed sash boxes, projecting
ashlar sills and keystones. Second floor: half-size 6-pane sash windows with flush
exposed sash boxes, projecting ashlar sills and keystones. Eaves band. Shaped
kneelers, ashlar coping. Stacks between first and second bays and to right end.
