House, now part of department store. Late C18-early C19 with extensive later
alterations. Rendered, Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Ground floor: C20
shop entrance flanked by shop windows, with louvred service door to left. First
and second floors: sash windows with flush exposed sash boxes, projecting ashlar
sills and flat arches with raised keystones, windows slightly smaller on second
floor. Decorative cornice. End stack to left.
