Bridge. 1800-03 by John Carr. Ashlar. 4 segmental arches with voussoirs
and hood-moulds. Triangular-section cutwaters rise into canted pedestrian
retreats. To either side of end arches is a pilaster. Round end piers with
hemispherical caps. Band, parapet. Half the bridge is in the parish of
