House. Late C18 with C19 wing to left-hand side and 1-storey wing to rear.
Rubblestone, rendered with graduated stone slate roof. 6 bays, 2 storeys.
Main front: bays 3, 4 and 5 are canted and of 3 storeys. Windows to ground
floor and 1st floor of canted bay are sashes with glazing bars and stone
cills. 1st floor of bays 1, 2 and 6 have unequally-hung 9-pane sashes with
stone cills. 2nd floor of canted bay has 6-pane sashes with stone cills.
Right return: 2 storeys, 2 bays. Central 6-panel door with fanlight with
radiating glazing bars. C20 door surround of pilasters and open pediment,
sashes with glazing bars. 1st floor: unequally-hung 9-pane sashes; all windows
have stone cills. Oversailing eaves. Hipped roof with end stacks to canted
bay. Interior: 2 late C18 marble fireplaces.
