C18 house. Yellow brick. 3 storeys, 7 double-hung sashes to ground and
1st floors, casements to 2nd floor. Flat arches, cills, shutters. 2 stone
steps up to porch. Roman Doric columns and pilasters on plinths, frieze
with paterae and central panel, cornice. 6-panel door. Ground floor central
segmental sinking, stone band continues 1st floor cills,1st floor central
Venetian window. Moulded cornice, rendered parapet. Right hand 2-storey
wing with 1st floor weatherboard bay, hipped pantile roof. Rendered plinth.
Wrought iron lamp holder over yard entrance. NMR.
Post Office, No 7, Wistaria, Garden wall to Wistaria, Ferry House, Brampton
House, Burlington Corner, Nos 1 and 2 (Old Burlington), Vine House; Railings
and gate to Vine House form a group.
