House, late C18. Sandstone finely herringbone-tooled and margined,
on a flush plinth of 2 deep, untooled courses. Pantiled roof with
stone ridge, copings, kneelers and chimneys. 2 storeys, 2 bays,
slightly irregular, the right bay wider. Left-of-centre half-glazed
door; small fixed window immediately to right. Other windows C20
short cross casements all with stone cills and splayed vertically-
tooled lintels with tall projecting keystones. Similar door lintel.
Moulded eaves cornice. End chimneys with copings and dripstones.
