Cottage. Early C19 with late C16/C17 origins. Partly cruck-framed colourwashed
brick and C20 corrugated tile roof with brick central ridge stack. Wide eaves
with gutters supported on iron brackets. Two storeys of 2 3-light centre-opening
casements. Cambered lintels to ground floor. Part-glazed door to left. Wall
post visible on left corner and on right end what appears to be base of cruck
blade which can be seen from inside No. 23 (q.v.). Interior not seen 1984.
