House, now offices. Early C18. Dark red/brown brick on first and second floors,
incised colourwashed render on the ground floor with plain-tiled hipped roof above.
Two and a half storeys with plat band over first floor and moulded brick eaves.
Rebuilt stack to rear left. Three six-pane glazing-bar sash windows to half
storey under gauged-brick heads, three 12-pane cambered-head sashes on the first
floor, original windows flanking central replacement. Two fixed,plate glass
windows on the ground floor. Central open-pedimented doorcase with modillions
above and Doric pilasters flanking. Glazed door under diamond tracery fanlight.
