Terrace of 3 town houses. c1840, Nos 1 & 2 c1845. Brick with
buff headers; slate roof with brick end stacks and cross-axial
stack. Georgian style. 2 storeys; 7-window range: symmetrical
4-window and 3-window fronts. Plain eaves soffit. Entrances
have aedicules with Doric pilasters and Tuscan entablatures,
overlights with decorative glazing bars to 3-panel doors,
paired entrances to Nos 1 & 2, that to No.3 has
6-fielded-panel door. Windows have sills, and rusticated wedge
lintels with keys over 12-pane sashes; blind window over
entrance to No.3. Left return has blind window to each floor;
rear has catslide outshuts and one lean-to outshut. Part of
the early C19 development of the northern part of Stratford,
known as New Town.
