House. Late C18 or early C19. Coursed limestone rubble with
traces of old limewash; stone slate roof; brick right end
stack. 2-storey 2-window range. Two 2-light timber casements
with glazing bars under flat arches with stone cills to first
floor. Pair of C19 2/2-pane sashes and half-glazed 12-pane
door under continuous flat arch forming former shopfront to
ground floor. Plank doors under flat arches to left and right;
that to left is rear access to No.3A Park Street (qv), over
which No.5 has a flying freehold; door to right is rear access
to Nos 5 and 7 Park Street (qv). Shallow plinth. INTERIOR not
inspected.
