Farmhouse and barn under continuous roof. Late C18. Coursed gritstone rubble with quoins. Gritstone dressings. Stone slate roof. Stone gable end stacks. Two storeys, double fronted, three bays. Central C19 glazed and panelled door with plain surround. To either side three-light flush mullion windows with C20 single pane casements. Over door two-light flush mullion window with similar windows to those below either side. Stone barn attached to west with regularly placed ventilation slits.
