Anglican parish church. 1833, by Foster and Okeley. Squared and coursed limestone
Welsh slate roofs to coped verges with kneelers and plain terminal crosses, and
small bell turret to west end. A simple small church with nave, transept and
sanctuary with clamp buttresses to single offset. West front has wheel window,
wood tracery to stone surround over simple pointed door with chamfered surround
and stopped drip, to nave 2 lancets each side, 1 lancet each transept and north
and south side of sanctuary, triple lancet east end. All windows to simple stopped
drips, but east end stepped and to floriated stops. A flat pointed barrel ceiling
in plaster to quoined intersection. Some wall tablets. A minimal but seemly
building.
