Detached house; early C19; rough, white rendered walls, slate
roof. Garden front 4-window wide, 2-storey, 2 room deep with two
lower 2-storey wings at rear. Garden front sash windows, those to
ground floor with Gothic tracery in tops of upper sashes. Wide,
boarded box eaves with lead-lined gutter; shallow-pitch hipped
roof. Main central chimney forward of ridge, small end chimneys,
all rendered. C20 single-storey extension on right. Entrance on
left return: gabled porch slightly left of centre, half-glazed,
flush panelled door; semi-circular fanlight with intersecting
tracery. Sash window above. Ground floor to left a lean-to
half-glazed late C19 passage, with 8 lights: tiled roof: overlaps
rear wing. Sash window above in main block, 2-light casement in
rear wing.
