Small detached house: probably late C17; timber-framed, wattle-
and daub infill, now faced corrugated iron: rendered stone gable;
corrugated sheet roof. 2-bay, cross-passage plan: one-and-a-half
storey. Boarded front door to right of centre, top contains
glazed opening: lean-to cantilevered porch with boarded sides.
Window to left, now missing. 2 lean-to dormers, timber casements,
2-light on left, single on right. Left return rendered gable,
projecting chimney stack with oven projection beyond: top of stack
rebuilt in brick. Single-light window to upper floor on left.
Internally stone-paved cross passage, original timber-framed
partition on left. Chamfered ceiling beams in main room: cupboard
to left of fireplace: 2-light rear window survives. On right a
room and spiral stair.
