Substantial, symmetrical early C19 terrace, each house 3 storeys, attic and basement,
3 windows. End and 2 central houses taller and slightly projecting. Central
pair wider. Stock brick with stuccoed basement, first floor cill band and mutuled
cornice. Stone-coped parapet. No cornice to central pair. Slated mansards with
modern but seemly dormers. Some rebuilding after war damage. Gauged flat brick
arches to sash windows with glazing bars, long on ground floor and with patterned
cast iron guards in centre; round-arched in recesses in central and outer houses,
with stuccoed impost band. About 7 steps to doors of 4 fielded and 2 beaded panels
with fanlights (some patterned) in round-arched recesses. Central doors have
side light panels and wider fanlight.
