GV II

House. Late C18/early C19; right range possibly later; later C19 alterations.
C20 additions to rear. Flemish bond brick with dog-tooth cornices. Plain-tile
roofs; brick end stacks. T-plan with wing to rear. Main range is 3 storeys;
3-window range. Right range is 2 storeys; 2-window range. Flush 6-panelled door
has overlight with glazing bars. Late C19 pitched tile hood has shaped
bargeboards and chamfered brackets. One-light window to left. C19 wood mullioned
and transomed 3-light and central 2-light windows to ground and first floor.
Second floor has C19 two-light casements with horizontal glazing bar. Right
range has blocked doorway. C19/C20 three-light mullioned and transomed window to
left and semi-circular window to right. First floor has C20 cross-windows. All
openings have brick segmental arches. Interior not inspected. Included for group
value.
