Detached cottage. Early C19. Limestone ashlar, hipped tiled roof,
ashlar stack. Gable end to road. Two-storey, 1-window front
facing road. Blocked doorway and two 12-pane sashes to ground
floor with trellised verandah, first floor has one 12-pane sash
with louvred shutters. Roof on deep eaves. Left return has sashes
and C20 entrance porch. Interior not accessible at time of survey
(January 1986).
