House, now flats. c1730. Flemish bond brick on stone sill. Slate
roof with 4 gabled dormers replacing 3, and gable stacks. 2
storey and attic, 5 bays. Central hallway and stair hall behind
front left room. Central doorway over 2 steps. Early C19 4-panel
moulded and fielded door with margin glazed fanlight. Stone
pediment on console brackets and architraves. 12-pane sashes
within stone architraves and sills. Central first floor window
architrave lugged with swept foot. Recent timber windows to
dormers Rear elevation rendered and painted, with gable. 16-pane
sashes. Recent flat roofed extensions and external stair.
Interior: Not of special interest. Reused C17 partition said to
exist in attic. Plan and report in NMR.
