Cottage. Mid C18. Painted flint with brick dressings and gable.
Thatched roof. One storey and attic, 2 bays, extended to right in
later C18 by third bay enclosing original gable entrance, and now
with front door, C20, with thatched canopy. PVC windows to ground
floor with gauged brick arches. Two flush paned dormers. Date on
cut brick with moulded cornice between bays 1 and 2 reading 1741.
Large C20 stack to left gable, and axial stack to gable of living
room against original entrance, Roof hipped to right.
Interior has brick stack with chamfered timber lintel with run-out
stops. Spine beam renewed, and partition to inner room removed.
C20 kitchen extension to rear.
