II

Farmhouse. Late C18. Flint with brick quoins, lacings and side
elevation to garden. Tiled roof. Two storeys, 3 x 3 bays. 'U'
plan. Entrance to south side in second bay, a half-glazed door in
open tiled and gabled porch. Sixteen paned sash windows within
segmental headed openings, those to right replaced early C20 and
upper floor replaced in PVC, later C20. Roof hipped. West
elevation has hipped roof over central French windows, and original
16-pane sashes. Three brick stacks. C20 single storey extension
along north side, and a single storey wing.
Interior: Stair has 2 turned balusters to each tread, the handrail
scrolled to Tuscan column at bottom and wreathed at landing.
