Barn, or coach house dated 1721. Hammer-dressed stone, corrugated iron roof.
Single aisle, quoins, coped gabled with kneelers and finials. Unaisled side has
tall segmental arched carriage entry with drop keystone, dated on skewback,
composite jambs, now forming window. Aisle side has altered head to doorway
with composite jambs. Of 3 bays. Attached at right angles is stable block.
2 storeys of late C19. Has large rectangular pitching hole set under gablet
flanked by pointed arched windows, one of 3 lights forms columbarium. Other
sash windows with plain stone surrounds and large C20 inserted garage doorway.
Stack to ridge. Nearby is mounting block containing inscribed tablet '1718 MGE'.
