Detached cottage. Circa 1700. Dressed limestone, tiled roof with
coped verges and gable end brick stacks. Two-storey, 3-windowed;
casements. Central C20 door in gabled timber and stone porch, 3-
light ovolo-mullioned casement either side. First floor has 3-
light ovolo-mullioned casement either side of 2-light mullioned
casement. Saddleback coped verges. Returns with C20 casements.
Rear has 1930's lean-to extension replacing former outshut, C20
casements to first floor. Interior has chamfered beams.
