Barn, mid C16. 5 bays; the easternmost bay originally divided off as
stabling; c.1600 2 further bays of stabling (with loft over) were added to
east end. A gabled midstrey at centre of north side. Timber-framed and
weather-boarded. Roman pantiled roof, half-hipped at right-hand end. C19/C20
boarded barn doors; stable doors, also boarded, at east end bays. Good close-
studding mainly with arch wind-bracing. Queen-post roof with jowled square
posts, arch-braced to square-set purlins and to collars. The stable has
unchamfered upper floor joists, arch stud-bracing and wind-braced clasped-
purlin roof.
