A C16-C17 timber-framed house but completely refronted with C19 red brick.
Cross wings project slightly at the north and south ends and there is
an extension to the north. 2 storeys and attics. 2:2:2 window range,
double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in plain reveals with square label
moulds. The ground storey windows have louvred shutters. The gables
to the cross wings have C19 cut and pierced ornamental bargeboards. The
extension to the north of the cross wing has an original chimney stack
with grouped octagonal shafts with moulded brick caps and bases and there
are 2 external chimney stacks at the south end, each with 2 octagonal
shafts. Roofs tiled.
