Farmhouse. Early C17, the cross-wing probably later. Timber framed and
plastered with a pantiled roof. 2 storeys and attic. A 3-cell main range
with lower cross-wing, in 2 sections of differing heights, set forward to the
left. A further gabled addition to the rear. Mid C20 casement windows with
large panes. Lobby entrance: early C19 reeded architrave with corner
roundels, mid C20 glazed door. Internal stack with flues grouped in sawtooth
fashion. The right hand gable end has a moulded tie beam on 4 shaped
brackets. Part of the cross-wing has some of the timbers exposed. Interior
not inspected.
