House set back from road. C17, altered 1725 and later. Rendered
stonework with tiled roof. Two storeys to front, 1½ storeys to
rear, with cellar and attics. Four bays. Plan and floor levels
much altered since C17. Central 6-panelled door in wide portico.
C18 two-centred arched timber windows with 'Y' tracery and
intersecting leading. Right bay has 16-paned sashes. External
stack added at front of second bay straddling window. Stair in
front projection at left end. Single hipped dormer. Rear
elevation partly raised to 2 storeys. One flat roofed dormer.
Interior has stair hall with split stair formed in early C19 and
first floor raised. Ground floor to right bay lowered over cellar.
