House. C18. Whitewashed brick with a wooden modillion eaves cornice and roof
of glazed black pantiles. 3 storeys. Flanking 2-storey canted bays of 3 lights
with sash windows. Half-height 3rd storey with a range of 5 large-paned sash
windows. Doorway with inset 6-panelled raised and fielded door (the upper 2
panels glazed), rectangular fanlight with geometric glazing bars incorporating
a hexagonal lantern case; architrave with triple key and a cornice on console
brackets. Parapet gables with tall stacks. Single storey addition to right.
Later wing to rear: to the road a pair of French windows with louvred shutters
opening onto a good wrought iron balcony with circles linked by 4-petalled
flowers.
