Brockdish Antiques at east end facing Grove Road. C18 house with hipped black glazed pantile roof with modillion eaves cornice, 2 storeys and attic, 3 bays, 3 first floor sashes, glazing bars missing, ground floor, mid C19 shop front with entablature, one flat roof dormer with sash with glazing bars.
Wing at rear including Ivy Cottage facing Scole Road, probably C17 timber-frame, red brick fronted, steep black glazed pantile roof with gable ends. Brick chimney stack off centre. Two storeys. Three widely spaced windows. C18/19 3-light casements, ground floor with C19 dripmoulds, 2 pilastered doorcases.
