A C17-C18 timber-framed and plastered building adjoining the Marquis
Cornwallis Inn on the north. The ground storey is faced in brick (painted)
and a weatherboarded stable addition extends to the north. Roof to the
main block tiled and to the stable addition pantiled. Two storeys.
Two window range of horizontal sliding sashes with glazing bars. Boarded
doors. The upper storey has the remains of panel pargetting. Ridge
chimney stack.
