Water conduit house. Early C19. Yellow brick with ashlar front,
flat roof not visible. Single storey. Square plan. Central
round-arched doorway recessed in round-arched chamfered-rusticated
surround with keystones and vermiculated impost band. Cornice.
Right return is blank, with returned impost band. Rear has square-
headed moulded blind architrave. Left return has central recessed
round-arched window with louvres and fanlight, set in round-arched
chamfered-rusticated surround.
