2 cottages, probably built as a single house. C16-C17; later one-bay wing to
right, lower than the remainder. Timber-framed and plastered under a thatched
roof. The later wing is pantiled. 2 storeys. A range of 4 casement windows,
mainly of C19 date. No.77 has 2 pairs of coupled windows on the ground floor,
with a 4-panelled door between. White Cottage has a plank door. Internal
stack and gable stack to left, placed externally. Interior not examined.
