The original lodges to Petersham Park. They stand opposite the Avenue to Ham House.
A pair of 2-storey cottages facing each other across a small garden with a screen
wall behind.
C17 with some later re-building. Avenue Lodge (No 190) is of C17 plum brick with a
band at first floor level.
Farm Lodge has been refaced in the C18 or C19 with yellow brick and without the band
course.
The cottages are 3-bays wide with central doorway with C19 hoods.
Shaped gables facing the road similar to those on facades of the lodges to the Avenue
to Ham House from Ham Common (Avenue Cottage and Avenue Lodge Cottage, Ham Common,
North Side, q.v.).
Farm Lodge has been extended back one bay behind the screen wall.
