Cottage. C17. Timber framed with colourwashed brick noggings, replaced on the south side by colourwashed brick laced flint. Single storey and attic, 2 bays, comprising a living hall and inner service room, and lean-to room beyond gable stack. Framing 2 panels high with corner braces. Half glazed door now enters lean-to. C20 windows, and one flush dormer each side. Brick stack.
