Cottage. Probably C18. Brick with dispersed vitrified headers,
thatched roof. Single storey and attic, 2 bays approximately
square on plan, with C20 bathroom extension on north side.
Entrance in gable end within glazed porch, leading directly into
living room. Inner room beyond. C19 window to left of door, and
C20 replacement on south side. Flush dormers on south side and
west gable. Roof steep, near pyramid in form. Lateral stack to
living room. Historic elements not visible internally.
