Public house. C17 and later. Roughcast, probably over stone. Welsh slate roof,
coped gables, brick ridge and west end stacks. Two storeys. Three window range.
Entrance in very flat Tudor arch between central and east bay. East bay has mid C19
canted bay window to ground floor and 8/8 sash window above. Central bay has 2-storey
canted bay window (incorporating 8/8 sash at first floor level and chamfered 4 light
window beneath). West bay also has 2-storey canted bay window, with larger, later
4-light window at ground floor level and a tripartite sash above. Later extensions to
rear.
