House and shop. Early C18, altered mid C19 and mid C20. Stuccoed brick with some slate hanging at right gable end and slate roof. Three storeys with band at second floor level. Three bays. Ground floor window and first floor windows have cambered heads and are all replacement cross-casements. There are three second floor two-light casements. Shop front occupies central and left bay of ground floor. It is mid C19 and simply detailed with slender plain pilasters flanking a ten-pane window and an eight-pane large sash window and glazed C20 door.
