Two houses, now one. Probably late C18. Coursed sandstone, stone slate roof. Two storeys, three first-floor windows. Quoins. Openings have ashlar surrounds. Below central first-floor window, four-panel door below two-pane overlight in surround with bases. To its left, a window perhaps originally a door. To extreme right, round-arched doorway, now a window, with keystone. 16-pane sash windows, on ground floor in first and third bays with keystones. Shaped kneelers, ashlar coping. Brick stacks at ends and between second and third bays.
Rear: some windows have chamfered ashlar surrounds. Two round-arched staircase windows with Gothick glazing bars. Near one first-floor window, an ashlar stone inscribed "CHEESE ROOM".
