Farmhouse. C17 with C19 and C20 alterations and additions. Timber-framed, painted brick infill, brick replacing walling and refacing, tiled roofs, double span with central sandstone rubble chimney and four diagonal brick shafts with oversailing cap courses; also brick stack to south side slope. Two parallel ranges on west/east axis of two framed bays each and with lobby entry to west front elevation. Two storeys and attic.

Framing: four square panels from sill to wall-plate; queen strut trusses in gable ends.

Front elevation: C20 casements throughout and wall with plank weatherings; one ground floor casement in left gable end and bay window in right gable end; above each is a first floor window and attic light. Central C20 gabled, brick porch, weatherboarded in gable end, planked door with weathering and side lights.

Interior: south range has single, trenched purlins, north range has double, trenched purlins, both with intermediate queen strut trusses. Wood-mullioned window incorporated in north range intermediate truss. Main beams are stop-chamfered. Back-to-back fireplaces. Dog-leg staircase to rear north range ith moulded handrail and turned balusters.

Large outshut to north side elevation. C20 extension link to detached kitchen (qv) at rear.
