GV II

Three adjoining blocks of Estate cottages, each of three, units. Late C19.
Walls of brickwork in Flemish bond, cambered and slightly pointed cambered
openings, black brick pattern in horizontal bands and within the arches;
upper walls tile-hung, with scalloped bands. Tile roof, with scalloped
bands, decorative bargeboards; prominent stacks. Of 'Tudor' style, front
(north-west) elevations with projecting gabled wings and gabled dormers in
the centre, 1 storey and attic, 1.2.1 windows. Diamond cast-iron
casements. Plain doorways beneath the tile canopy (on posts), extending
between the wings. Note: see also Deerleap Lane, Nos. 1, 2 and 3.
